Bread with Mozzarella

Bread with Mozzarella
1 dinner roll bread
7-8 slices mozzarella

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp oregano

1 tomato, diced
2-3 green onions, chopped

Make 7-8 slices on top of the bread but don't cut through to the bottom. Spread the sauce mixture on top with a brush or your fingers. Place mozzarella slices between the bread slices.

Preheat the oven to 175 C (350 F). Place the bread on a tray and bake for about 8 minutes until chese melts. Don't overbake!

Place the bread on a service plate and sprinkle tomato and green onions on top. Serve while still hot.

This dish is delicious . I made it in less than 15 min and I was impressed with it. I didnt think it would turn out this good. Binnur, thanks for sharing it with us. By the way, I love your site!
